He is currently the President Commisioner of PT Pertamina Hulu Energy, the sub-holding upstream business of Pertamina (Persero).

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Investment Advisor, Certified Underwriter, and Certified Broker/dealer. He obtained his MBA from IPMI Jakarta in 1988.

He was also the Practitioner and Consultant of Management Strategy and Investment. Rinaldi was the CEO of PT TELKOM INDONESIA (Telkom) from 2007 to 2012. He was also the CFO in the same company from 2004 to 2007, and the Commisioner from 2014 to 2019. Graduating from the prestigious engineering university ITB in Bandung, he continued his career as a field engineer in Schlumberger Overseas in North-sea Scotland, before moving to Siemens. His financial career started in Citibank in 1988. He was appointed as Director of Investment Banking from 1997 to 2001 in Bahana Securities, and subsequently was President Director from 2001 to 2003.

David Bingei is passionate about executive education and was previously the Head of School – Master of Finance at Binus Business School. He was also a teaching fellow at IPMI International Business School from 2004 – 2006 where he taught several topics including Business Policy & Strategy.

David is the Practitioner and Consultant of M&A and Project Investment. He has numerous experiences in M&A and financial industry. He started his career in Bank Niaga in 1986 and then Lippobank Tbk in 1990. In 1999- 2001 he was the Vice President in ABN Amro Bank as Head of Structured & Project Finance and subsequently the Head of Debt Capital Market. In 2002, he was the Senior Vice President of Rabobank Indonesia as Head of Structured & Corporate Finance. David was a Chairman of Investment Committee, Commissioner at PT Pertamina Power Indonesia.

David Bingei was a graduate from London Business School, Sussex Place, London with a Master of Science in Management. He is a Corporate Finance Qualification fellow (CF) accredited by Institute of Chartered Accountant, England and Wales (ICAEW).
